On September 22, 2025, Zhong Yuwen and Cai Jiawei from the Hong Kong Asian Art Archive (AAA) team, along with Yang Yuting, Head of the Documentation Center at A4 Art Museum, visited the UP-ON Performance Art Archive for an exchange.
The delegation gained firsthand insight into the archive’s collection, organization, and digitization of performance art documents, and engaged in on-site discussions regarding the documentation, preservation, and dissemination of ephemeral art forms such as performance art. Both parties engaged in a relaxed yet substantive exchange regarding their respective working methods, challenges encountered, and future plans. This visit helped establish more regular communication among the three art archives, and all parties reached a greater consensus on future collaborations, including academic exchanges and resource sharing.
